 Acute noncardiopulmonary disorder that my affect exercise performance or  be aggravated by exercise (i.e. infection, renal failure, thyrotoxicosis)
Mental impairment leading to inability to cooperate with procedures

Electrolyte abnormalities
Orthopaedic impairment that compromises exercise performance
