Ordering Procedures for ERR Online

ERS members receive an online subscription to the European Respiratory Review free with their membership.
Information on member benefits can be found on the ERS website.

Once we receive payment you will begin receiving the print journal and you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to ERR Online:

• A user name and password that you can easily remember
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your customer number (included with the letter)

Subscribing to ERR Online is a 2-step process:

First, you must follow your usual "new serial" ordering procedures to subscribe to ERR. Payment should be made to your subscription agent or directly to the publisher.

Second, once the publisher has received payment, you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to ERR Online:

• Contact name, title, phone, fax, and email
• Customer number (included with the letter)
• Institution's IP Address(es)

We will send you the address of this web form and instructions for filling it out after we verify payment. Your institution will not have access to the full ERR Online until you complete this second step.
