      ILD is rather common type of pulmonary involvement in pSS, ranging between 6% and 70% in several studies [40]. Although LIP portrays a classic association with pSS [41], it does not appear to be the most frequent pathological subtype. Nonspecific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) is recognized as the most typical pSS-ILD disorder [9,32] followed by organizing pneumonia (OP), usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP), and pleuroparenchymal fibroelastosis [42–44].
